Wingert; his daughters, Cynthia Hartman (Jason) and Tiffeny Washington (Emmett); his stepdaughter Chastity Elliott; and his grandchildren, Christian, Brianna, Deandre and Abby. He is also survived by 2 brothers, 2 sisters, and a half-brother.
