Richard N. Rotz Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard N. Rotz of Fort Loudon, Pennsylvania, born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 4, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. "Boots" Rotz and Gladys Pauline "Snook" Nelling Rotz; and his siblings, Joseph Rotz, Nancy Snider, Ruth Rotz and John Rotz.

He is survived by: his sons, Richard C. Rotz and Dirk Rotz (DeEnda); his grandsons, Derek and Devin Rotz; and his siblings, Barbara Hurst, Barbara Rotz, William Rotz (Kim) and Carl Rotz (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Rick always told Chan that if they ever won the lottery, they were going to make a donation to St. Jude's. With that in mind, and in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's in Rick's memory.
