He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Kelly and Cecil Baylor Kelly; his wife Constance B. "Belle" Higgins; and his daughter Pamela Sue Kelly. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Bradley (James) of Greencastle, Penny Lowans (Tim) of Greencastle and Paula Christy of Greencastle; his stepchildren, Marla Haubert (Wayne) of Fayetteville, PA and Steve Metcalfe (Janet); and his grandchildren, Jamie Musselman, Trinity Ricker, Dustin Lowans and Ryan Kriner. He is also survived by five step grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, two step great grandchildren.
