He is survived by: his wife Janet Appleby (Rouzer); his children, Kimberly Hoffman (Kevin), Randall Jr. (Jennifer) and Dale (Christina); his grandchildren, Cortnee Mangum (Ethan), Mitchell Hoffman, Jordan Stinger (Samantha), Tawnee Poper (Jared), Darian Hufcut (Brandon), Erin Hoffman (Hunter Murray), Tayla Young (Alex), Brady Appleby, Takota Appleby (Kylie Vest), Ethan Appleby, Denver Appleby, Tarin Appleby (Deagan McNew), Taden Appleby, Tavin Appleby, Taight Appleby, Tazdin Appleby and Tarriq Appleby; and his siblings, Harold (Judy Appleby), Twila Lee, Ernie (Flora Appleby), Charlene Waters, Dorene (Harold Pine), Judy (Barry Piper) and Christopher (Sally Appleby). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
