We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2021, at the age of 33, Matthew Cook of Fort Loudon, Pennsylvania, born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenny A., Pansey Cook (Wagaman) and Elizabeth "Lib" Straley. He is survived by: his parents, Kenny A. "Mike" and Patricia L. Cook (Straley); his brother Joshua Cook (Danielle); and his grandfather Earl Straley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services will be private due to COVID 19.
