It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Junior Neil (Fort Loudon, Pennsylvania), born in Mount Union, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 21, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Amos M.; and his brothers, Carl, Jack, Joseph, Richard, Merle and Russell.

He is survived by: his parent Mary Catherine Fleming Neil; his wife Barbara Besecker Neil; his children, Karen Williams of Chambersburg, Eva Swailes (Tarry) of Fort Loudon, Randall Neil (Vada) of Fort Loudon, Lisa Perry (David) of Fort Loudon, Thomas Neil (Brenda) of Fort Loudon, Samuel Neil (Michelle) of Fort Loudon and Arthur Neil (Judy) of Warfordsburg; his siblings, Max Neil (Connie), Anna Smith, Vonnie Johnson (Norman), Margaret Runk (John) and Marie Bounds; and also, Brutus and Midgie.
