He is survived by: his close friend Sonya Jones of Fort Loudon; his children, Tina M. Barnhart (Clint) of Williamsport, MD and John Hockenberry (Tina Slates) of Three Springs, PA; and his sister Vonnie Helm of Chambersburg, PA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
