He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Sr and Mary McCartney Arnold Sr.; and his siblings, Mabel Crouse, Kathryn Shoemaker, Lester Arnold and Warren Arnold.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma J. Carlin Arnold; his sons, Michael E. Arnold (Tammy S.) and Dennis J. Arnold (Sue Wiser); his grandchildren, Mike, Jeannie, Matthew, Meagan and Adam; and his sister Elizabeth Wright of Shippensburg, PA..
