He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Junkins and Alda Parsons Junkins; his wife Carolyn Junkins; his siblings, George Junkins and Minnie Peterson; and his granddaughter Cali Schroyer.

He is survived by: his children, David Junkins (Stacy) and Tonya Schroyer (Duane Pilkerton); his former wife Linda Junkins; his grandchildren, Clinton, Blaine Junkins, Holli Spidel and Kati Schroyer; and his siblings, Barb Bramm, Faye Rotz, Rachel Laughlin and Theodore Junkins (Ted). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
