He is survived by: his parents, Edward E. Carbaugh and Brenda Carbaugh (Kitzmiller) of Mercersburg, PA.; his spouse Shay Carbaugh (Bitner); his children, Chesney Carbaugh of St. Thomas, PA and Gabe Carbaugh of Ft. Loudon, PA; and his grandmother Shirley Carbaugh of Greencastle, PA..
