It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn A. Mellott (Fort Loudon, Pennsylvania), born in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 17, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Anna DeShong (Tritle). She is survived by: her parent Charles Hardman; her children, Susanna R. Shipp of Ft, Sandra K. of Chambersburg, PA and Mark D. of Dry Run, PA; her siblings, Robert of Mechanicsburg, PA, Brad DeShong of Mecersburg, PA, Deanna Strait of Dry Run, PA and Beth Daniels of McConnellsburg, PA.; and also, Robinson of Chambersburg, PA and Mellott of Dry Run, PA. She is also survived by five grandsons, two granddaughters and five great granddaughters.
