She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leone Besecker and Barbara; her children, Karen Williams of Fort Loudon, Eva Swailes (Tarry) of Fort Loudon, Randall Neil (Vada) of Fort Loudon, Lisa Perry (David) of Fort Loudon, Thomas Neil (Brenda) of Fort Loudon, Samuel Neil (Michelle) of Fort Loudon and Arthur Neil (Judy) of Warfordsburg; her husband Junior Neil; and her brothers, Ronnie and Besecker (Albert "Mick" Besecker). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, six step- grandchildren, and fourteen step-great-grandchildren.
