He was predeceased by: his father Daniel W. Shade. He is survived by: his wife Kristin Shade; his mother Sandra Mazza; his stepfather Wayne Mazza; his siblings, Elijah (Lauren Duff) of Harrisburg and Tara Shade of Harrisburg; his nephew Austen Graby; and his niece Isabelle Malizia.
