He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Telford Hoover and Jessie Hoover (Uphold); his wife Elva (Nicholson); his son Telford "Joe"; his brothers, Stanley and Arnold; and his children, Glenn, Jr. (Karen), Leonard (Darla), Jacqueline Conn and Melva Conway (Roger). He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
