He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Godzin and Mary Godzin (Henry); and his siblings, Charles Godzin, Frank Godzin and Henrietta Waugh.
He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Godzin (Zolczer); his children, George R. Godzin, Joe L. Godzin and Margie A. Godzin; his sister Evelyn Spalla; his grandchildren, Jason Godzin, Heather Godzin, Michael McHale, Joel Godzin, Joshua Godzin and Brock Godzin; and his great grandchildren, Grayson McHale and Ivan Godzin.
