He is survived by: his wife Bridget Garland (Sullivan); his children, Jill Zieglemeier (Jim), Telsa Miller-Garland (Mike Metz), Scott Garland (Lori) of Confluence, Matthew "Boe" Garland of Confluence and Jacob Sullivan (Alexandra); his grandchildren, Alicia Lasure (Justin) of Confluence, Nicholas Zieglemeier of Confluence, Alex of Confluence, Spencer Garland of Confluence, Keira Garland of Confluence, Madison Garland, Dylan Garland, Emily Garland of Morgantown, WV and Ariella Irene Metz; his great grandchildren, Roxas Eutin, Maxwell and Rowan Lasure; and his siblings, Edgar "Dick" Garland (Phyllis) of Conneaut, OH, Randy Stachel (Mary) of Fort Atkinson, WI, Russ Stachel (Donna) of Fort Atkinson, WI, Edna Louise Karla (Ron) of Confluence and Carla Rugg (George) of Confluence. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
