He is survived by: his mother Kay Balsley (Pluto) of Mill Run; his children, Morgan Merschat (Josh) of Fort Hill, Kara Zeigler (Freddie) of Fort Hill, Billy Balsley of Fort Hill, Isaac DeLaney of Fort Hill, Cumberland, MD of Fort Hill, Zoey DeLaney of Fort Hill and Tessa Smith of Fort Hill; his grandchildren, Aubrie Merschat, Kenleigh Ravenscraft, Wade Merschat (Freddie) and Lucas (Remi Zeigler); and his siblings, Kathryn Gordian (Chris), Charles Balsley (Crystal) of Mill Run and Scott Balsley of Mill Run.
