He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Kavanaugh and Nettie Kavanaugh (Kelchner); and his sister Virginia Shafer. He is survived by: his wife Cherie Slater Kavanaugh of Forks Twp; his children, Robert M Kavanaugh of Wilson Borough and Susan Kavanaugh Fissel; his son-in-law Jack Fissel of Palmer Twp; and his granddaughter Becky Fissel of Norristown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
