He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Al" and Helen Decker (Schlaefer); and his sister Lois Pedalino. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Michele Hogan, Kevin Decker, Michael Decker, Andrew Decker and Scott Decker; his brother George Decker; his son Richard Decker, Jr.; and his siblings, William Decker, Jr. and Anita Decker.
