He is survived by: his wife Sheila Dean; his parents, Sheila Rustay and Thomas L. Rustay of Pennsylvania; his siblings, Charles Dean and Deanna Herbig; his grandchildren, Kelly Woepple, Isaac Dean, Eli Dean, Charlie Dean and Hailey Rustay; and his friends, Bill W and Dunkin Donut Rich. He is also survived by three children.
