He is survived by: his wife Marion Spicer (Tilley); his children, Nancy Miller (Jim) of Forks Twp, Robert Spicer of Palmer Twp and Janet Puro (Scott) of Ewing, NJ; his siblings, Arnold Spicer and Maryanne Spicer of Meredith, NH; his grandchildren, Stephanie English, Alyson Goszewski, Vanessa Jimenez, Kendall Miller and Micah Puro; and his great grandchildren, Russell, Liam, Grace, Lincoln and Solana.
