With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Migdalia Ortiz of Forks Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 7, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sergio Miranda and Gregoria Miranda (Mateo); and her nephew Jose Figueroa. She is survived by: her children, Sergio O'Neill of Forks Twp, Iraida Rosa of Florida and Sandra Trevejo (Mark) of Forks Twp; her siblings, Gladys Ortiz and Sergio Miranda Garcia; her grandchildren, Sergio-Michael, Melinda, Matthew, Sergio-Raul, Cynthia, Jaliece and Selena; her great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Sophia, Izaiah, Sergio, Vincent and Dante; and her nephew Edwin Figueroa.
