She is survived by: her husband Michael E. Fleck; her daughter Madeline Michelle Fleck; her parents, Frank Gambino and Donna Gambino (Thompson) of Warminster, PA; her sister Lisa Thomas (Stephen) of Warminster, PA; her nephews, Ryan, Joshua, Jacob and James; and her niece Jackie.
