He was predeceased by: his parents, George Asher and Violet Dewalt (Starner); his daughter Stacey Lynn; his brothers, Wayne and Glenwood Dewalt; his former wife Rosemarie Dewalt; and his wife Antoinette Dewalt.
He is survived by: his children, Susan McCollian, Sheri Burda (Rodney) and Zachery Dewalt (Dana Rehl); his grandchildren, Shelby, Shannon McCollian, Ashleigh Gaul (Hunter Crouse), Gavin Gaul, Braiden Rehl, Julianna Neely and Keagan Dewalt; his great grandchild Elias Crouse; his siblings, Joan Mumaw, Lois Stewart and Randy Dewalt; and his stepchildren, Mike, Stephen, Tracy and CJ Hitzel.
Viewing was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Forks United Church of Christ (4500 Sullivan Trail, Stockertown, PA 18083). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:50 AM to 12:20 PM.
