He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Dennis and Anna E. Dennis (Gearinger); his foster parents, Robert H. DeHart and Margaret A. DeHart (Whitehead); and his siblings, Raymond L., Donald E., David A. Dennis, Catherine A. Werner, Joyce M. Dennis and Caroline Finnemeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey A. Dennis (Werner); his brother Allen E. Dennis (Pauline) of Mountain Top, PA; and his foster siblings, Robert DeHart (Donna) of Wind Gap, Gayle Reuss (Roland) of Nazareth and Lynda Miller of Bethlehem.
