She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Fultz and Theresa Fultz Bashford (Costello). She is survived by: her siblings, Brian Fultz (Nancy McMickle) of Nazareth, PA, Patrick Fultz (Leslie), Edward Fultz (Donna), Robert Fultz (Kim) and Heidi Merritt of Forks Township. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be sent to the American Cancer Society.
