He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonor Fonseca (Reynaga), Carl T. and Marlene A. Bartholomew (Machgan). He is survived by: his parents, Carlos A. Fonseca of Forks Township and Carla F. Fonseca (Bartholomew); his brothers, Jason Fonseca of Lancaster and Christian Fonseca of Harrisburg; and his uncle James Bartholomew of Allentown.
