She was predeceased by: her parents, Stiney Kruel and Tekla Pudach Kruel; her husband Luke Oakill; her great grandchild Alyssa Heller; her siblings, John Kruel, Sophie Doyle, Helen Kruel, Julia Kruel, Anna Malusky and Mary Schimkaitis; her niece Sharon Melefsky; and her nephew Gregory Kruel.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lori McCarthy (David), Lynn Schies (Craig) and Cheryl Bingaman (Joseph); her grandchildren, Brandon Oakill (Rebecca), Devin Bingaman (Bri Smulley), Brad Bingaman, Jessica Christensen (Steven) and Brittany Weaver (Eugene); her great grandchildren, Austin, Parker Heller, Natalie, Tiffany and Lincoln Weaver; her siblings, Nancy Melefsky and Stiney Kruel (Rita); and her pets, Zoey, Harley and Bandit.

The family prefers donations to St. Nicholas Church Memorial Fund or to Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA, 18 Wertz Drive, Pine Grove, PA 17963.
