He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Willie E. Conner and Zelma M. Conner. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine I. Hartman; his children, Joshua Conner (Jenniffer) and Angel Thompson (Steven) of Ferrum, VA; his grandson Lucas Thompson; his stepdaughter Angela Marie Folmer; and his siblings, Linda Elliott of Bassett Forks, VA and Howard Conner of Bassett, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
