He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Conklin and Kathleen Smith Conklin. He is survived by: his close friend Donna Puntar; and his children, William Conklin, Douglas Conklin, Thomas Conklin and Dawn Pedicone. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
