He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Prybicien Trusky; his parents, Frank Trusky and Della Slick Trusky; and his siblings, Frank Trusky and Florence Timko.
He is survived by: his great grandchild Annalise; his children, Robert Trusky, Deborah Trusky, Christopher Trusky (Kelly), Donna Trusky (Mark Magdon) and Maria Koslosky (Jeff); and his sister Ruth Sterchak. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
