He was predeceased by: his siblings, Agnes Rutkosky, Donald Janezic, Jane Edmunds, John Janezic, Mary Andrilla, Joseph Janezic, William Janezic, George Janezic, Angeline Swegel and Frank Janezic.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie; his children, Thomas of Forest City, Joseph Janezic of Forest City, Jill Schoepflin (Thomas) and Jennifer Janezic; and his grandson Alec Janezic. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
