We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2023, Theodore J. Kowalick of Forest City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kowalick and Justine Nowa Kowalick; and his siblings, Andy, Nicholas, Michael, Stephen, Sam, Anne Levchak and Helen Popovich.

He is survived by: his sons, Ted Kowalick and Kenneth Kowalick (Denise); and his grandchildren, Nicholas and Kaitlyn Kowalick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to St. John's Byzantine Church, C/O Holy Ghost Byzantine Catholic Church 313 First Ave. Jessup, PA 18434-1013.
