He is survived by: his significant other Kathryn Mesenbrink; his children, Audrey Goetz Tate (Terrance), William and Jason Goetz; his stepchildren, Melissa Visconti and Anton Shultz; his grandsons, Emanuel, Isaiah and Landon; his siblings, Joseph Goetz and Debbie Goetz; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Chris, James and Peter Goetz.
