She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Urbas; her parents, Anthony Simoncic and Mary Zuponcic Simoncic; and her siblings, Bernard Simoncic, Mary Risboskin, Ann Grum and Lillian Miluszusky.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Urbas (Kathleen), Robert Urbas (Cynthia), Marilyn Szakal (Bonnie Adams) and Kathleen Osborne (Edward); and her grandchildren, Brian Urbas, Melissa Franks, Beverly Miller, Steven Szakal, Jaclyn Urbas, Steven Yarem and Jessica Yarem. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
