She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bernard Scalzo; her parents, Alice Jones Davis of Sturges, PA and Thomas Davis; her children, Christine Scalzo (Derek Burgenstock) of Archbald, PA, Jennifer Scalzo of Mayfield, PA and Bernard Scalzo, Jr. (Melissa) of Dickson City, PA.; her grandchildren, Paul Soluri, Anthony Carpenter and Fiora Scalzo; her great grandchild Jacob Carpenter; her siblings, Joann Gorton of Union Dale, PA, Sarah Kerylovicz of Waymart, PA and Edward Davis of Carbondale, PA.; her daughter Gina Scalzo; and her brother Thomas Davis. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
