He is survived by: his mother Jean LaVerne Curtis Bebla; his significant other Donna Sredenschek; his daughters, Melanie Curtis Wronowski (NJ), Jessica Curtis and Laura Bantin (Omiel); his brothers, Richard Curtis (Kim) and Ronald Curtis (Tamara); and his grandchildren, Avery, Ashton Wronowski, Kiah and Cedela Bantin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
