He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Homisak (John) and Anna Puchuta Homisak; his former wife Helen; his sons, Mark and Michael; his stepson Paul Glucksnis; and his siblings, Frederick, Thomas, Michael, John, Joseph and Evelyn Pitz.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Glucksnis of Mt. Cobb; his stepson David Glucksnis (Melanie); his stepgranddaughter Natalie; his stepson Daniel Glucksnis (Kristen); his stepgrandchildren, Cole, Aubry and Alina; his stepson Joe Glucksnis (Missi); his stepgrandson Mason; his children, Rosemary Homisak, Matthew Homisak and David Homisak (JoAnn); his extended family, Ian Vannan (Donna) and Keith Vannan (Karina); and also, Scarlet, Floyd, Grace, Joey and Alissa.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home (513 Main St, Forest City, PA 18421). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
