It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Puchnick of Forest City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Puchnick and Mary Malakar Puchnick; her sisters, Marie Puchnick and Kathleen Puchnick; and her sister-in-law Helen Puchnick.
She is survived by: her brother Louis Puchnick Jr. of Butler, PA; her niece Karen Puchnick of Butler, PA; her nephews, William Puchnick of Pittsburgh, PA and David Puchnick (Jacqueline) of Butler, PA; and her great-nephews, Matthew, Luke Puchnick and Butler Pa.
