He was predeceased by: his parents, Wylie Fennell and Erma Fennell (McCoy); and his brothers, Elder and Fred Fennell. He is survived by: his wife Elsie M. Fennell (Baum); his children, Gail Sigler (Timothy) of Worthington and Terry Fennell (Tammi) of Ford City; his grandchildren, Ciara Spence (Tyler), Garrett Sigler (Danielle), Jalana Cogley (Adam) and Sebastian Fennell; his great grandchildren, Easton Spence, Miken Spence, Greyden Sigler and Cogley; and his siblings, June Wyant and Roy Fennell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Welch Funeral Service (1032 4th Ave, Ford City, PA 16226). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
