She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel F. Dougherty and Pauline Dougherty (Meyer); her siblings, Thomas Dougherty (Louise), Robert Dougherty, Joan McKeegan (Hugh) and Margaret Sigmund (William); and her sister-in-law Norma Dougherty.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Karl R. Schweitzer; her children, Erika R. Schweitzer-Mack (Timothy) of Drexel Hill, PA and Robert K. Schweitzer (Janelle) of Cranberry, PA; her grandchildren, Ryan, Emily, Lauren Schweitzer and Allison Mack; her brother Daniel F. Dougherty of McMurray, PA; and her sister-in-law Veronica Dougherty. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
