He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Bliha and Stella J. Fuller Bliha (Segorek); his wife Lorraine C. Fuller (Esposito); his stepfather George Bliha; his brother Robert Fuller; and his siblings-in-law, John Sabonas, Yvette Evans and Marlene Spencer.
He is survived by: his sons, David Fuller (Carol) of Sarver, Christopher Fuller (Shari) and Jason Fuller (Heather) of Oakmont; his grandchildren, Matthew Steven Fuller, Megan Marie Fuller, Craig Joseph Fuller, Halie Nicole Fuller (Ethan Krupa), Brienne Alece Fuller and Tarah Corrine Fuller; his sister Veronica Sabonas; and his sister-in-law Christine Fuller. He is also survived by four nieces.
