Kosicek; her children, Scott Kosicek (Gail) of Pa and Donna Delp of Pa; her grandchildren, Zachary (Kosicek), Emily Delp of South Carolina and Melissa Delp of Pa; her great grandchild Zayla Kosicek of Pa; and her siblings, Chris Campomizzi (Jerry) of Oregon, Cindy Wadding (Mervin) of Pa, Raymond Bish (Julie) of Oregon, Roy Bish (Sherry) of Pa and Robert Bish (Sharon) of Maryland.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home to help offset expenses.
