He is survived by: his wife Julie Tomiczek (Hawkins) of Ford City; his stepdaughter Ashley Artman of Ford City; his daughters, Katie Kinsella (Jason) of Rhode Island and Anna Enriquez (David Acevedo) of Georgia; his brothers, Steve Tomiczek (Christina) of Meadville and Lance Tomiczek of San Antonio, Texas; and his grandsons, Luke Kinsella, Kaden Enriquez and Benjamin Enriquez.
