She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Toy and Ruth Toy; her husband James Shirley; her son James Shirley; and her brothers, Ralph Toy, Eugene Toy, Charles Heginbotham, Wayne Heginbotham, John Heginbotham and James Heginbotham.
She is survived by: her children, John Shirley (Brenda) of Eastanollee, Georgia, Joe Shirley of Kittanning, Mary Shirley of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Danny Shirley (Cindy) of Kittanning, Alan Shirley (Annette) of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and Kimberley Shirley (Nick) of Ford City; and her brother William Heginbotham. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
