He is survived by: his wife Jennifer (Milligan); his son Hunter Swartz; his siblings, Kelli Jones (Mark), Tracey Swartz (Dean Waugaman), Scott Swartz (Patricia) and Chad Swartz (Tiffany); his nieces and nephews, Kurtis Jones, Lyndsey Keen, Justin Waugaman, Bo Swartz, Lou Swartz, Hannah Miller, Rocco Swartz, Gemma Swartz, Raife Swartz, Riley McLaughlin, Aiden McLaughlin, Greyson Milligan and Tatum Milligan; his parents-in-law, James and Patricia "Momzee" Milligan; his pets, Lucy and Finney; and also, Heather Derise (Stan) and James Milligan (Becky).
