He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur T. Breuer, Sr. and Grace C. Breuer (Sewell-Murphy); and his sisters-in-law, Stephanie "Fifi" Altman (Salankiewicz) and Dorothy Salankiewicz. He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Gwen Breuer; his brothers-in-law, Dr. Harold "Hal" Altman and Robert Salankiewicz; his nieces and nephews, Dr. Sarah Altman (Ali Siavashi), Alison Shahravar (Amir), Bobby Salankiewicz (Maria), Lee Ann Matyas (Mike) and Diane Salankiewicz; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mark, Matt, Max Salankiewicz, Natalie, Lucas, Nicholas "Nicky" Shahravar, Emma and Hannah Siavashi; and his cousins, Corrin, Ruth Adele, Adele, Brian, Eric and Stan. He is also survived by children, and many friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Welch Funeral Service (1032 4th Ave, Ford City, PA 16226). A prayer was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Prince of Peace Church (736 4th Ave, Ford City, PA 16226).
