He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman R. Meyer and Victoria Lother Meyer; his former wife Nancy M. Meyer; and his wife Carol Pegher Meyer. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Sandra L. Schomaker (Craig) of Portersville and Robert W. Pegher of Melbourne, FL; his stepgrandsons, Jeffrey and Jason Schomaker; his stepgreat-grandson Jaxson Schomaker; his siblings, Timothy L. Meyer (Sharon) of Parma, OH and Marcia Bailey of Centerville, OH; and his nephews, Tim, Nick and Matthew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Tom's honor to Zion Lutheran Church at the address above.
