She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hogue and Augusta Mohr Hogue; and her siblings, Charlotte Cooper, Kathy Miller, Paul, Ronnie and Richard "Butch" Hogue.
She is survived by: her husband Charles A. Wiley, Jr.; her children, Chrystal Kennard of New Castle, Mark Kennard and Tammie Williams of Edinburg; her granddaughters, Isabella Kennard and Heavenly Kennard; and her brother Leroy Hogue of Florida.
