He is survived by: his wife Norma Hawke (Markle); his children, Elaine Valentino (Andy) of Ellport, Stacy Cosgrove (Robert) of Enon Valley, Karen Hawke of Enon Valley and Richard L. Hawke, Jr. (Branda) of Grove City; his grandchildren, Michelle Dietz (Travis), Kayli Krut (Thomas), Andrew Valentino (Kaitlyn Thornley), Maggie Rose Cosgrove, Bethany Hawke, Marissa Cosgrove, Caleb Hawke, Brian Cosgrove and Emma Hawke; his great grandchildren, Harper Krut, Holden Krut, Kendall Valentino, Madelyn Thornley and Maddox Dietz; and his sisters, Betty Cooper of Fombell and Jane Assalone of New Castle.
